Rimdrip started as a pop-up chamoy-michelada bar at neighborhood events and grew into a full-service mobile bartending company serving weddings, quinces, corporate events, and private parties across Southern California.
The story.
Rimdrip started with one idea: the chamoy-rimmed drinks we grew up drinking at family parties deserved to be on every SoCal event menu — not just a home kitchen. We started as a weekend pop-up at Bellflower swap meets and neighborhood birthdays, rimming cups one at a time and watching strangers text their friends pictures of our setup.
Three years in, we've bartended hundreds of weddings, quinceañeras, corporate launches, and backyard parties across LA, OC, Long Beach, and the IE. Our signature chamoy michelada bar is still the thing people text their friends about — but we've grown into a full-service bar with licensed bartenders, craft cocktails, aguas frescas, and the gear to handle any event up to 500 guests.
