- How much does it cost to hire Rimdrip for my event? +
- Most events run between $600 and $2,500 depending on guest count, hours, and package. Our starting wedding package is $1,200 and covers two bartenders for 5 hours. For an exact quote, pick your date on /book and fill in the details — you'll see a full price instantly.
- Do you provide the alcohol? +
- No — California ABC licensing makes it simpler and cheaper if the host provides the liquor. We'll send you a customized shopping list once you book, based on your guest count and menu. If you prefer a BYO-mixer-only package, that's fine too.
- How far in advance should I book? +
- Weekends book up 6–12 weeks out, especially from May through October. We do accept last-minute bookings when available — check the calendar on /book to see live availability.
- Is a deposit required to hold my date? +
- Yes — a 20% deposit confirms your date. It's non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the event, but fully refundable before that. Pay securely with Stripe on the booking page.
- Do you travel outside Los Angeles / Long Beach? +
- Yes. We regularly service all of Southern California — LA County, Orange County, Long Beach, Inland Empire, San Diego, and Ventura. Events more than 40 miles from our home base in Bellflower include a small travel fee.
- Are you licensed and insured? +
- Yes. Rimdrip carries full general liability and liquor liability insurance. We'll provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for any venue that requires one at no extra charge.
- Do you do non-alcoholic events? +
- Absolutely. Our aguas frescas, mocktails, and michelada-mocktail bar are a huge hit at quinceañeras, baby showers, and corporate daytime events.
- What's included in every package? +
- Every package includes professional bartenders, all bar tools, cups, ice, garnishes, mixers, setup, and breakdown. You provide the alcohol and a ~6 ft table (though we can provide a branded bar setup for an add-on fee).
- Can you customize the cocktail menu for my event? +
- Yes — and we recommend it. On our pre-event call we'll design a 3–6 drink menu around your theme, colors, and guest preferences.
- How is Rimdrip different from other SoCal bartending services? +
- Most mobile bartenders just pour beer and serve a basic margarita. Rimdrip is known for chamoy-rimmed cocktails, Mexican-inspired micheladas, and aguas frescas — a true SoCal flavor profile your guests won't get anywhere else.
