- How much does it cost to hire Rimdrip? +
- Most events range from $475–$675+ depending on guest count, service time, and location. Pricing is based on the number of guests consuming alcohol and event location. Pick your date on /book to send a free inquiry — the owner reaches out personally to walk through pricing.
- Do you provide alcohol? +
- No, we do not provide alcohol. We provide a detailed shopping list with recommended quantities based on your guest count and menu.
- How far in advance should I book? +
- Weekends book up 6–12 weeks out, especially from May through October. We do accept last-minute bookings when available — check the calendar on /book to see live availability.
- Do I have to pay anything up front? +
- Yes, a $50 deposit is required to lock in your date. After you submit your inquiry, the owner reaches out for payment details — every service is different, so deposit and final-quote details are confirmed on that call.
- Do you travel outside your area? +
- Yes — we serve all of Southern California (LA, OC, Long Beach, Inland Empire, San Diego, Ventura, Santa Barbara). Up to 20 miles from our Bellflower home base is included; additional travel may apply for events further out.
- Are you licensed and insured? +
- Yes, we are licensed and insured. We carry general liability and liquor liability coverage and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for any venue that requires one.
- Do you offer non-alcoholic events? +
- Yes, we do. Our aguas frescas, mocktails, and michelada-mocktail bar are a hit at quinceañeras, baby showers, and corporate daytime events.
- What's included in every package? +
- Portable bar + table setup, bar tools, cups, straws, napkins (quantities based on event), garnishes, and setup & breakdown. Client provides alcohol and mixers — we send a full shopping list with recommended quantities.
- Can you customize the cocktail menu? +
- Yes, every menu is fully customizable. On the pre-event call we design a drink menu around your theme, colors, and guest preferences.
